Tsis ntev los no, Yang Hongxin, tus thawj tswj hwm thiab CEO ntawm SVOLT (Honeycomb Energy, lub tuam txhab los ntawm Great Wall Motors), tau tshaj tawm lub cim tshiab ntawm kev nyab xeeb lub zog roj teeb kev daws teeb meem - Dragon Armor roj teeb sawv cev ntawm SVOLT. Raws li cov lus qhia ua haujlwm, ntawm ib sab, lub tswv yim naming yuav siv lub ntsiab lus ntawm tus zaj uas muaj zog heev. Raws li cov lus qhia, lub ntsiab tseem ceeb ntawm lub roj teeb no yog kev nyab xeeb thiab roj teeb lub neej. Hais txog kev nyab xeeb, lub roj teeb tau siv cov thev naus laus zis xws li kev sib cais thermoelectric thiab qhov chaw ua haujlwm sib koom ua ke tsim los txhim kho kev nyab xeeb ntawm monomer thiab lub kaw lus. Nyob rau tib lub sijhawm, cov tshuaj no kuj muaj qhov zoo ntawm cov roj teeb lub neej. Nws cov lithium hlau phosphate version tuaj yeem ua rau lub roj teeb ntawm lub tsheb hluav taws xob ntau tshaj 800km.
Vim yog tus nqi kom zoo dua, kev lag luam sib koom ntawm lithium hlau phosphate roj teeb tau nce hauv ib lossis ob xyoos dhau los hauv Suav lag luam, thiab tau maj mam dhau los ua lub hauv paus ntawm kev ua lag luam. Tab sis los ntawm qhov kev xav ntawm SVOLT, tseem muaj ob qhov teeb meem uas tsis tuaj yeem daws tau rau lithium hlau phosphate roj teeb: thawj, teeb meem kev nyab xeeb. Kev nyab xeeb ntawm cov roj teeb lithium hlau phosphate yog qhov zoo tshaj plaws, tab sis tom qab tau muab tso rau hauv cov roj teeb, cov teeb meem roj teeb tsis tau daws tag nrho; thib ob, teeb meem roj teeb lub neej. Vim tias lub zog ntom ntom ntawm lithium hlau phosphate roj teeb tsis siab txaus, cov teeb meem roj teeb tseem ua rau muaj kev lag luam.
Qhov thib ob, Dragon Armor roj teeb tau txais kev tsim "kev sib cais hluav taws xob hluav taws xob", yog li ntawd lub thermal runaway siab nyem thaj tsam thiab lub zog xa hluav taws xob yog ywj siab, txo qhov tsis ua hauj lwm ntawm cov hluav taws xob sab hauv high-voltage arcing thiab ignition thaum thermal runaway tshwm sim. Thib peb, Dragon Armor roj teeb tau txais kev tsim ua ob chav txias txias, thiab nws lub peev xwm hloov hluav taws xob yog 70 feem pua siab dua li qib dav dav. Nyob rau theem txheej txheem ntawm lub pob roj teeb, SVOLT tau txais cov qauv tsim ntawm cov hlau muaj zog ntxiv rau cov hlua khi kom tsis txhob muaj cov roj teeb ua tsis tiav los ntawm kev sib tsoo.
Nyob rau hauv cov nqe lus ntawm lub roj teeb lub neej, los ntawm kev optimization, lub ntim pawg efficiency ntawm lub Dragon Armor roj teeb system siv lithium hlau phosphate hlwb tau nce mus rau 76 feem pua, nrog ib tug roj teeb lub neej ntawm ntau tshaj 800km, siv high-manganese-hlau-nickel roj teeb rau. ntau tshaj 900km, thiab siv ternary roj teeb rau ntau tshaj 1000km.
Raws li Yang Hongxin, Dragon Armor roj teeb yuav lees txais kev txiav txim thoob ntiaj teb txij li tam sim no, thiab yuav tau nruab nrog cov qauv tsim tawm hauv xyoo 2023, suav nrog cov SUV loj-tsim thaum Lub Kaum Hli 2023 thiab coupe loj tsim thaum Lub Kaum Hli 2023.
